Inspired by the relentless grit, unwavering courage, and boundless compassion of Ava EC Thomas, a stellar high School junior honor roll student and elite athlete, we are forging a pathway where excellence on and off the court defines the next generation of champions. 

Guided by the esteemed Coach Jill Cook, her exceptional coaching staff, and former High School Varsity and Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Players who have gone on to play in college and the WNBA, Ava’s journey is a testament to what is possible when talent, discipline, and mentorship collide. Her vision fuels a movement reshaping the game and expanding opportunities for young women determined to reach the next level.

The “BATTLE OF THE BRANDS” and “On Court Off Court (OcOc) LIVE THE DREAM” programs are not just about competition; they are about transformation. They are designed to level the playing field, offering financial grants and unmatched exposure to college scouts during the AAU season. We believe talent alone should not determine opportunity—dedication, discipline, and academic excellence must also be rewarded. 

This program is Coach Jill’s next groundbreaking endeavor, designed to redefine elite basketball for young women. She is building something extraordinary, a platform that empowers athletes to compete at the highest level while preparing them for life beyond the game.

Women’s basketball coaches will evaluate players based on academic performance, basketball skills, work ethic, and leadership qualities. Here’s how they assess each aspect: 

1. Academic Qualifications:

•Skill Level & Versatility

•Physical Conditioning & Athleticism

International Style Format for 1×1, 3×3, and 5×5 Games 

This showcase follows FIBA international rules, meaning faster gameplay, strategic depth, and global-standard regulations. Here’s how each format differs: 

1×1 (One-on-One Tournament Format) 

•Focuses on individual offensive and defensive skills. 

•Shot clock (12–14 seconds) encourages quick decision-making. 

•First to 21 points or timed match (7–10 minutes). 

•Emphasizes isolation scoring, footwork, and defensive foot speed. 

3×3 (FIBA-Style Tournament Rules) 

•Half-court game with a 12-second shot clock, demanding fast transitions. 

•Games to 21 points or 10-minute game time (whichever comes first). 

•Only one substitute per team—stamina, and chemistry is crucial. 

•More spacing and freedom for creativity, promoting high-intensity, physical play. 

•After a made basket or turnover, the opposing team must take the ball beyond the three-point arc before attacking. 

5×5 (Traditional Full-Court Format) 

•Four 10-minute quarters (instead of NCAA’s two 20-minute halves). 

•24-second shot clock, encouraging a faster pace than high school/NCAA rules. 

•International goaltending rule (players can touch the ball above the rim after a shot hits the rim). 

•More physical defense allowed compared to U.S. rules. 

•Teams must adjust to FIBA spacing and movement, which differ from AAU/NCAA.
